Please complete the following in order to create a customized pass where you can specify the type of pass you would like to create.  Here are a few suggestions: "Hall Pass", "Office Pass", "Computer Time Pass", "Washroom Pass", "Games Pass", "No Homework Pass", "Lunchroom Pass" or "Library Pass."
