These tools were made to save teachers time and money! Stop paying for all those reproducible forms and worksheets that are out there. Let’s share what we already have made and stop reinventing the wheel. Interactive PDF Forms and Templates

Included in this section are a wide selection of interactive PDF forms. The PDF’s require Adobe Acrobat Reader 5 or later (free). You enter data right on the PDF document. You can also save these PDF’s on your hard drive. You will find many Interactive Passes Forms, Interactive Calendars By Month Forms, and Interactive Binder Spine Labels.

Assessment Generators

These generators guide you through the process of creating a variety of assessment and evaluation tools.  You could use them as criteria checklists, discussion checklists, 3 point – 4 point -5 point rating scale, matrix rubric, weighted matrix rubric, and matrix rubric with points.
