Free Stuff for Canadian Teachers is a site created and updated by teachers. Its purpose is to connect teachers to the free resources that are available.
The cost of classroom supplies, teacher guides, and other miscellaneous costs adds up. If we can pull together as colleagues and share the freebies and deals we find, then we have created a “national staff room” environment. In keeping this web site user-friendly, the focus is on the small things we need in our classrooms.
TheCanadianTeacher.com is not about fancy catch slogans and corporate advertisements found on larger web sites. Information contained on this site is for teachers, by teachers and used by teachers. The aim of the site is to keep our focus simple. Teachers don’t need frills, we need ready, hands-on materials to use in our classrooms today.
